into the case analysis

literature searches of authored work by plaintiff or defense experts
- Research
time relevant medical data as it relates to the case
- Research
follow-up references listed in the bibliography of articles
- Assist
in obtaining experts from literature searches
- Research
health care personnel’s credentials to include background
information, certifications, licensure data, records of sanctions,
or disciplinary actions taken against provider
- Review
relevant medical records, hospital policies and procedures, and
other essential documents that may be needed to assist the attorney
in further developing the case
