time relevant medical data as it relates to the case
- Research
follow-up references listed in the bibliography of articles
- Assist
in obtaining experts from literature searches
- Research
health care personnels credentials to include background
information, certifications, licensure data, records of sanctions,
or disciplinary actions taken against provider

relevant medical records, hospital policies and procedures, and
other essential documents that may be needed to assist the attorney
in further developing the case
